SciFun Camp: Nature’s Life Cycles

It is nearly Spring, and many of our plants and animals are starting to wake up.  For some living things, like trees, it’s pretty easy to tell how new growth emerges - tiny buds form from the stems.  What about some not so obvious things, like insects?  Where do they come from?  Did they hibernate, migrate, or stay active all along without us noticing?

Living things have life cycles, like a butterfly emerging from a cocoon or a fruit developing from a flower.  Knowing life cycles of plants and animals helps you understand, and even predict, where and when you can expect to see them once warmer weather returns!

For elementary school age learners.

Camp runs March 18th. Drop-off for camps are from 8:00-8:20 (drop off) to 3:30-4:00 (pick-up).

Cost is $40 for members and $50 for non members (Members, please log in to your account and use the discount code previously emailed to you)
Registration for this camp is included with registration for SciFun Camp: Ecology Camp (March 11th - 15th).
