Science Happy Hour - DINO 101: Principles of Dinosaurs

Grab a beverage and travel millions of years back in time! Join us for a fascinating Science Happy Hour as we uncover the real science behind what we know about dinosaurs.

Ever wondered which dinosaurs had feathers? Or which prehistoric giants once roamed Kansas and Missouri? Natural science illustrator Corbin Rainbolt will take us on a journey through deep time, showing how scientists unlock incredible secrets from ancient bones — revealing how these long-extinct creatures lived, moved, and looked. This presentation will be vibrant with dozens of his original renderings. To amp up the fun, everyone leaves with a Pocket Dino Guide and a Goodie Bag!

It’s science with a side of fun — because learning about dinosaurs is even better with good company and a cold drink!

Wednesday, December 3rd
Doors open at 5:30 PM for Happy Hour drinks
Talk begins at 6PM
Tickets are FREE for membership and $10 for non-members
